This year, the FIM Awards 2024 had a special significance, coinciding with the 120th anniversary of the “Fédération Internationale de Motocyclisme”.
Mallorca, with its unique charm and organizational capacity, was the perfect place to celebrate this emblematic event.
The FIM Awards 2024: A Historic Event

The awards ceremony took place on December 7, 2024 at the Auditorium of the Palau de Congressos in Palma de Mallorca, with activities that spanned from December 4 to 7. This event brought together motorcycling leaders, celebrities and experts from around the world.

Bluebird, responsible for the flawless technical production at every stage of the event
The event's technical production was a seamless collaboration led by Bluebird, ensuring every detail was executed to perfection.
Novelty Spain, chosen by Bluebird, as the audiovisual partner for the production, provided AV equipment and technical support throughout all the days of the event, starting with the Board of Directors held on December 4th, 5th and 7th at the luxurious Castillo Hotel Son Vida, followed by the General Assembly held on December 5th and 6th, culminating with the awaited awards ceremony on December 7th, in the impressive auditorium of the Palacio de Congresos in Palma de Mallorca.
The event was a great opportunity for a 360° technical production, covering lighting, sound, video, broadcast, as well as intercommunication, simultaneous translation and power distribution.

The exclusive Castillo Hotel Son Vida, Novelty Spain implemented lighting, sound, video, simultaneous translation (via Zoom) and power distribution.
- General Assembly: Technology in Action
During the General Assembly at the Palau de Congressos, we installed a 15 x 10 meter projection screen with four 35k projectors and using the blending technique. This solution provided high definition images that complemented the lighting, broadcast, sound and professional intercommunication (microphones and intercoms).

- The Awards Ceremony: An Audiovisual Spectacle
On December 7, we transformed the auditorium by making a set change for the awaited awards gala. We replaced the projection screen for a 10 x 6 meters LED 2.6 pitch screen, reinforced the wireless broadcast camera system and a reinforced sound system.
- Red Carpet: Glamour and Technique
More than 80 lighting fixtures highlighted the red carpet, welcoming guests and celebrities from the world of motorcycling, from the main entrance to the motorcycle exhibition area and photocall. This display created a unique atmosphere to welcome the motorcycling stars.
